Weighing Bagging Machine Model ST-75

Fully-automatic bag filling weigher of grain (corn, wheat, paste), with a weighing capacity of 25-60 kg

Fully-automatic bag filling weigher (for corn, wheat) with a capacity of up to 350-450 bags per hour

Typical bag weights may vary between 25 to 60 Kg (other bag weights can be handled upon request)

Double storage hopper of suitable volume & Weigh hopper equipped with a special pneumatically operated bag clamp

Electro-pneumatically operated slide gates for accurate dosing of the pre-set bag weight (fine and coarse speed)

Heavy duty pneumatic cylinders with internal air piping, connected to the dedicated air service unit, which comes complete with filter, regulator, lubricator and valves.

State-of-the-art control unit comprising of the digital indicator/controller, as well as a complete set of operator controls, such as: On/off switch, Hold/run switch, Discharge push button, signal lamps for coarse-fine feed, batch complete, discharge, and Emergency switch

It is also accompanied with a 3m bag transfer conveyor belt and a sewing machine for sewing the bags automatically.
